Ekdarun Srisanit is a highly respected expert in the field of intellectual property law. Ekdarun currently holds the position of Head of Office at the Anek Group and has been recognized as an Outstanding Intellectual Property Lawyer in the Asia-Pacific region, as voted by legal professionals and published by Asia Law journal.
Mr. Srisanit earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Chulalongkorn University, one of Thailand’s most prestigious institutions. Ekdarun later pursued his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law at the Franklin Pierce Law Center, United States, an institution renowned for its specialization in IP law.
Throughout his professional career, Ekdarun has been actively involved in a wide range of legal and governmental roles and organizations. His contributions include serving as:
- Legal Scholar for the Standing Committee on Government Administration
- Member of the National Legislative Assembly (2007)
- Secretary to the Senate Committee on the Privatization of State Enterprises
- Advisor to the Senate Subcommittee on Petitions, under the Committee on Justice and Human Rights (2005–2006)
- Committee Member on Trademarks in the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) (2004–2006)
Ekdarun extensive experience and dedication have made a key figure in the development of intellectual property law both in Thailand and throughout the region.
